During the festive period, Mahirs Experience continues to deliver events, catering orders, and scheduled services. However, due to live event delivery, seasonal demand, and reduced office cover, our office availability may be intermittent and response times may be slower than usual.
Our kitchen and operations teams remain active throughout this period, supporting confirmed bookings and pre arranged orders. Administrative and office based responses will be prioritised based on urgency.

To ensure our service remains exceptional, priority support remains in place for same day, evening, weekend, and live event related queries.
For all other enquiries received outside of normal operating hours or during the festive period, we will respond as soon as possible, which may be when the office is next open
